I`m a retiree though still fit to render services required. I still want to work to be able to share my skills and technical knowledge . I Am committed and punctual and strongly believed in the saying.... it pays to be a hard worker.









My field of specialization are Biology and Environmental Science. My longest employment was at Laguna Lake Development Authority- Environmental Protection Division as a technical staff. I had the opportunity to teach at the college level at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynilad- College of Science for 5 years, as a part time instructor handling both lecture and laboratory. Those experiences gave me the opportunity to work in the Sultanate of Oman in the field of aquaculture and wastewater management for 10 years. As a government employee in the Philippines, I had a civil service eligibility and PRC licenses as a teacher and Fisheries Technologist. In addition, I passed the ISO 17025 Lead Auditor

Experience: 1. With more than 25 years in the government service at Laguna Lake Development Authority-Environmental Protection Division . With Civil Service Eligibility and PRC license as a Fisheries Technologist. With publications as co author and managed technical staff in my section.
2. A part time instructor at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynilad- College of Science for 5 years , handled lecture and laboratory courses in Biological and Environmental Sciences. A LET passer for secondary level.
3. Had the opportunity to work abroad for 10 years at (Sultanate of Oman) in the fields of aquaculture and wastewater management. Passed the ISO 17025 Lead Auditor Certification Exam. I was able to produce a manuscri pt which was published in an international journal from our research work.
