Hello Tutee! I’m Engr. Jomari James O. , a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Philippines. I took my Bachelor’s Degree in the University of Southeastern Philippines, graduated by the year 2021, with a CQPA of around 90%. and took the Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination, recently this year, with a mark of over 90%. I was just an average student in the university with a strong passion for teaching which originated with my initiative of helping my fellow students within the course through my step-by-step and organized way of teaching, which I mostly give credit to for my academic achievements.

I am an introverted person and teaching for me is a way of recharging my energy since I really admire the profession; on that sense, I have hobbies which help me connect continuously with my students up until now. As for my hobbies, I am an avid fan of anime since I was a child from both OG and that of the New Generations; coherently, I also read a lot of Novels, Webtoon, Manhwa, Manga and also play Genshin Impact. I am also a fan of watching Marvel Cinematic Universe and even its comics.

As a practitioner in the field of construction, I aspire myself in becoming a MEPF Engineer knowledgeable in the design, operation and maintenance of all building services. Although I am bound to practice my profession, my passion for teaching still perseveres which lead me to be sites such as this in order to practice my academe. I am certain that I am able to offer you quality education for your reference.

Experience: Office Engineer responsibilities includes Design Coordinator for MPF Works (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection) in collaboration with resident architects and designers, requests materials needed for construction to ensuring purchasing and issuing of MSCCs to assure that the appropriate products are procured, monitoring of MPF Works in the site for reporting purposes, issuing WIRS for inspections and issuing of Shop Drawings for all MPF Works in order to aide works of Senior Engineer in the field.

Field Engineer responsibilities includes supervision of installation on MPF Works (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection) and of the Packaged Chlorination Systems at remote sites of the project.

As for teaching experience, I have experience teaching students of different year levels both face-to-face pre-COVID period and online teaching during the COVID period. I offered my students learning materials exclusive from my own notes, and also PPTs and video references for them to fully comprehend the subject. In order to assure the coherency of my education, I may go as far out as answering their queries off-class periods. In addition, I am also an Online ESL Teacher which I believe will help me prepare myself to be a globally-competitive engineer in the future.
