I`m currently working in a BPO industry for 3 years and I specialize in helping customers with their concerns about technical problems, order problems, and online support. The reason I applied for this job is to look for a new environment that I can help with other people and develop my skills in teaching.

Availability: I`m available on Weekdays 8 am to 12 pm and Saturday 8 am to 12 pm

Experience: My previous work experience was in Alorica, I was a technical support representative for 1 year and 7 months.
