Experience: I have been an English tutor since 1986, junior year in college. I started teaching ESL online for 51TALK and kakaoenglish.kr in recent years. I am also a BPO professional and consultant in all functions of HR, process improvement, training and quality assurance with over 14 years experience. As a TESDA-accredited contact center trainer, I have conducted training for TESDA, the Philippine Call Center Institute, DOLE, and my own non-profit.
