I am a former OFW and have worked as an instrument supervisor in oil refineries and petrochemical plants abroad. In this job, I always tried to use my math and science skills to efficiently and effectively perform my daily tasks. Math and science are indeed valuable and beneficial. Although I am not a graduate of an engineering or mathematics course, I have been able to learn Calculus, Statistics, and Differential equations through self-study. I realize that if you are passionate and persistent enough, you can overcome any bottlenecks in learning. However, you can improve your progress with adequate resources and suitable materials. We also need experts who can break down complex ideas and connect them with our current understanding. Then, by using deduction, we learn. As a tutor, my endless pursuit is to simplify challenging concepts for my students. Only in this way can I truly help my students and accomplish my goal.
