I am Moises Rojas , a 20-year-old third-year college student pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics.

Experience: Honestly, I have not had a formal teaching job where I actually earn money from it, but I have around 2 years of teaching experience, and it comes from helping my cousins and younger relatives with their schoolworks. When they have a hard time with their homework, especially in math, I take time to guide and help them. I teach them for free because I want them to really understand the lesson, not just finish their work.

Also, as an education student, I have been involved in many demo teaching sessions in our classes because it is a requirement in our course. These experiences helped me practice how to explain lessons clearly and how to handle students.

Because of these experiences, I realized that teaching math is something I truly love. That is why I chose to take Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Mathematics in college. I enjoy explaining lessons in a simple way, and it makes me happy when someone finally understands.
